Come and join us for an hour of Dru Yoga.
Working with breathing exercises, postures, energy block release sequences and a relaxation to finish your class.
Movements working with strengthening and stretching muscles, relaxing and loosening the joints, working on the whole spine and strengthening those core muscles.
Many of you have already met Sharon Wynn at our events Sharon also a parent to a young person on the spectrum so completely understands some of the daily struggles .
Sharon is passionate about helping others to feel the benefits of yoga, a whole top to toe work out for the mind, body and soul.
Yoga is so much more than physical movements. Yoga works from the inside out.
We must stress that you DON’T have to be ultra flexible or be able to touch your toes!
These yoga sessions are really easily adapted to all abilities, so no matter your age, size, gender….yoga really is for ALL .
All you need is a mat, a blanket and a willingness to give it a go.
